Ingredients:

5 or 6 cherry tomatoes

1 tbsp tomato puree

50g freshly cooked rice

40g grated cheddar

100g tinned chickpeas

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Sprinkle of oregano
-
Pinch of black pepper
Method:

Blitz together using a hand blender.

Roll into balls and place on a baking tray.

Bake at 190 for 20 minutes.

Leave to cool down a little.
