Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

Free shipping is offered in accordance to the order values below.
UNITED STATES Free Economy shipping (5-8 days) on orders over USD$30.
CANADA Free Standard shipping (3-9 days) on orders over CAD$30.
AUSTRALIA Free Standard shipping (2-8 days) on orders over AUD$30.
UNITED KINGDOM Free Standard shipping (2-8 days) on orders over GBP£25.

Taxes & Duties
CANADA For orders that are placed within Canada, customers will be charged federal and provincial sales taxes -- these depend on which province the order is being shipped to.
All orders placed from Nov 4th, 2022 can be returned until January 25th, 2023. Make this season the best one yet and gift Yooforea products to all your loved ones.
We understand that buying online can be tricky as you do not have the product in your hands when you order. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Mail-in returns have a shipping fee, which is waived if you opt for a store credit refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at email@example.com for further assistance.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please contact us straight away after ordering, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. Some orders will be fulfilled by Amazon’s logistic system, and may be packaged with Amazon tape.
Your tracking number will show on shipping confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.
